Hope is hosting an exciting summer camp for kids! Eagle Lake Camps (a ministry of The Navigators) will be coming and putting on a high-energy, action-packed week including fun activities like a climbing wall and bungee trampoline, as well as teaching from God’s Word. The Eagle Lake staff is highly trained and passionate about helping kids experience the love of God. The camp will take place all day from August 3-7 and is for children ages 6-12; the cost is $150 per child.

Volunteer Opportunities
There are lots of ways to get involved this summer! We’d love to have your help. We are partnering with Platt Park Church and First Christian Reformed Church, so this is a great opportunity to build relationships with them.
The three primary ways to volunteer are:
- Host Family — host an Eagle Lake staff member for the week in your home
- Crew Member — assist the Eagle Lake Counselors (for high school students only)
- Onsite Volunteers — help with meal prep, sign-in, and other support duties throughout the week

Scholarships
Scholarships to help cover the cost of camp are available to anyone with need on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to provide scholarships to as many campers as possible — especially kids who don’t already have a church home.
If you would like to give towards the scholarship fund, please make a check payable to Hope and put “summer camp fund” in the memo.
To apply for a scholarship:
- Complete a scholarship application (found at the Info Booth)
- Return the application to Anna
- Use your code (You will receive a code from Anna that corresponds to your scholarship award. Use this code when you register for camp at www.eaglelakecamps.com/hope.)
