Hope,
A new month starts tomorrow and within September, autumn begins. Birds are migrating, temperatures are dropping and the walley are swimming deep.
Summer for Hope included messages encouraging us to pray,  invitations for all to serve, equipping volunteers, hiring our new Youth Minister, prayers to deepen our abiding in Jesus, more informal gathering in groups and planning for the vision of renewal we sense God has given.
As faculty and students return to school, now is a perfect time for us to reengage life with God! Spending time alone with God daily is a great way to cultivate a life of praise, receive His guidance and experience His enduring peace. Uniting with others in a Hope Group is a great way to make friends and grow in your faith. Re-engaging a personal budget is a great way to make sure you live within your means, save and give generously. Uniting on Sundays at 9 a.m. is a great way to reconnect with the Lord through singing the great songs selected for us, praying the prayer of Jesus and His followers, learning from the enduring truths revealed in God’s Word and visiting with other imperfect people seeking to do the same.
May God bless you with much that is fresh with Him and in all of life this autumn!
Love, Dean

Dean Wertz | Lead Pastor
