WELCOME BEN REID!
Welcome Ben Reid, Hope’s new Worship Leader! Ben is a Junior at Colorado Christian University where he is presently studying Biblical Studies. He is originally from Oklahoma (has been there for his whole life ) prior to coming to Colorado for school. Ben loves everything about Colorado from the weather to the traffic! Ben recently said, “I hope to have a life filled with glorifying God through missions and church planting/pastoring abroad.” Hope loves this about Ben, and welcomes him with open arms! Be sure you meet this fine young man and say hello!
We would also like to thank Joel Noble for leading us during our worship transition. We are so thankful for your ministry and commitment to Hope! Also, we are appreciative for the time and effort you’ve made to faithfully pass wisdom and values onto Ben. So glad you are part of the team!
FOOD BANK | NEW REQUEST. The Community Ministry Food Bank is now collecting canned pinto beans, jelly, peanut butter, and cereal. A collection basket is in the Foyer. Please consider donating, and thank you!
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL. This January is Membership Renewal Month. If you are currently a member and you’d like to renew your membership online, you can view our questions and fill out the form here. Be sure to renew before Sunday, February 6 – which is our Renewal Sunday! That morning we will have a public declaration of membership during our service, followed by a small celebration to welcome a new year of membership with Hope.
For those of you who joined us last Sunday for our New Members Class, thank you! Please consider completing the application (received at the class) by February 6 as we look forward to your public declaration and celebration of commitment to Hope Church! SUNDAY WORSHIP 9 AM | JANUARY 30. The Westminster Confession is a document of the church from 1646 that states so much of what we believe in. The opening statement in the Westminster Confession says, “Man’s chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.” This is God’s vision for your life as revealed throughout the Bible. So what does it mean to glorify God, how can we glorify God, and how is glorifying God forever united with joy? Join us Sunday to discover Jesus’ answers to these crucial questions! Let’s gather in person (or online) as Pastor Dean brings us a message entitled Abiders Glorify the Father from John 15:1-11.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL UPDATE. In light of Denver’s current mask mandate, we ask that you wear a mask while inside Hope’s building. Our staff continues to provide heightened sanitation and ventilation measures throughout the building and is providing masks and hand sanitizer at all entrances and exits.

KIDS MINISTRY: Kids Ministry is available on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays of each month for ages 2 years- 5th grade. Family Worship Sundays will remain on 4th Sundays each month. During the Family Worship Services, children of all ages are invited to remain in the Sanctuary to learn and worship alongside their parents. The Skybox is available each week for families with toddlers and babies.
