John Hansen | A Testimony
A few Sundays ago, we had the privilege of hearing from a wonderful man of God. For those of you who didn’t join us on April 28, we felt this was one testimony to share in our weekly bulletin. We hope you enjoy and look for John soon to say hello and introduce yourself if you’ve not yet met. Enjoy and thank you John for loving Hope and serving God like you do!
WORSHIP SERVICE | SUNDAY JUNE 9 | 9 AM. While most people in the 1st Century described Jesus as the Christ, His primary way to identify Himself was with the name, Son of Man. Join us this Sunday at 9 a.m. to pray, sing, be together and consider why Jesus preferred to describe Himself as the Son of Man. What was He trying to say with this particular name of God? If you are unable to join us in person, please visit the 9 a.m. livestream or view the sermon recording here. Also, sermon recordings are available online mid-day Monday.
HOPE GROUPS. Thank you Englewood Hope Group for assisting us this week for the Sunday Service! Hope Groups are an amazing way to connect to others, deepen your relationship with God, and discover there is a family here for you at Hope. If this sounds like something you are interested in, we’d love to have you join us! Click here for more information on all our Hope Groups.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY.
Children’s Church. This 3nd Sunday of April, Children’s Church will be continuing on in our series, The Names of God. This week, we will be learning about the name Jesus referred to Himself most frequently and intentionally – “Son of Man”! Kids, if you are 3 yrs old – entering 5th grade, we hope you will join us for this time of getting to know God better while having fun and building friendship.
Nursery. Nursery is available for children 2 yrs old and under on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. This week, families with younger children are invited to remain in the sanctuary or utilize the baby sky box. For any questions about Children’s Ministry, please contact Becky Newquist.
Summer Camp. If you haven’t signed up yet for Weekend VBS, either to register your child, invite a friend, or serve in one of many important roles, we welcome you to do so TODAY! Camp Directors are working hard behind the scenes to make it memorable weekend that blesses kids and adults alike!
VBS Donations. Our camp theme is Outback Rock: where kids venture into rock solid faith. You can help us build these sets by donating financially or signing up to lend or donate supplies. Click this link to view the supply list.
YOUTH. Exciting news! Please join us in welcoming in-coming 6th graders PJ, John, and Ethan to our youth group. Let’s make them feel right at home as they start this new adventure with us!
