PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP. The most important question ever posed was asked by the people of Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Regarding the colt-rider, they asked, “Who is this?” Join us for this Sunday for our Palm Sunday Celebration at 9 a.m. as we sing, pray, celebrate communion and consider Jesus’ lionhearted-world-transforming answer! CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Children’s Church. This Palm Sunday, all children ages 2 years old – 5th grade are invited to participate in Children’s Church. John and Cecille will be leading a special lesson on Holy Week. The children will return to the sanctuary with their palm branches and a triumphant “Hosanna” at the end of the service!
Parents in Prayer – If you are a parent, grandparent, or simply desire to seek the Lord on behalf of our children, we welcome you to a time of fellowship and prayer next Wednesday April 5 at 9 a.m. Light refreshments and childcare provided. Please let Becky know if you are planning to join.
EASTER EGG HUNT
Calling all kids! You are invited to a special Easter egg hunt at Hope Park following the Easter Service! In addition to the fun of a traditional egg hunt, children will work together to search for numbered eggs, each with a unique symbol inside that tells the story of key events leading up the Resurrection of Jesus! Every child will go home with an Easter story book accompanying their “Resurrection eggs” and a goodie bag. This is a great opportunity to invite a friend!
*We are looking for empty egg cartons donations (by Thursday, April 6). Also, if you are interested in helping stuff eggs and set up for the event, please contact Becky.
YOUTH. Join us next Friday, April 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. for an amazing Minute-to-Win It Game Night here at the church – we’ll have dinner, music, and minute-to-win-it games with tons of fun prizes! Keep an eye on your email for details, and RSVP with Tara. Also, in order to give students plenty of time to spend with their families and to enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt with their younger siblings – there will be no Youth Group on Sunday, April 9 – Happy Easter!
