Fall Festival 2022
Hope Church would like to extend an enormous thank-you to everyone who attended our Fall Festival last Sunday! Everyone who attended was abundantly generous in sharing their great food, great smiles, much laughter and the joy of the Lord. Congratulations to our Costume Contest Winners: Larry and Luanne Hasbrouck as Almond Joy and Mounds (Adults), Foster Cupp as a T-Rex (Youth), and Thomas Newquist as a Giraffe (Children). We can’t wait to see you next year!
9 AM SUNDAY | NOVEMBER 6. One of God’s gifts to the church is worship! Yet, sometimes worshipers do things that we don’t like while we praise God together. Worship gatherings for the Corinthian Church were lively but also chaotic and in many ways, disrespectful. Though many aspects of first-century worship were different than ours, the solution Jesus unveiled through the Apostle Paul’s pen is the same. Join us on Sunday at 9 a.m. as we unite to worship God and discover the intermingling of worship and love! Lead Pastor Dean Wertz will continue our Series In Christ, in Culture with a sermon entitled Worship – What’s Love Got To Do With It? If you are unable to worship in person, we invite you to attend via livestream or watch the Service recording online.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY. This 1st Sunday of November there will be Children’s Ministry for kids ages 2-5th grade. John and Cecille will be leading the kids in another engaging lesson on understanding the gospel. Family discipleship discussion guides are available at the welcome booth. For more information about Children’s Ministry, please contact Becky.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD. Interested in partnering with Operation Christmas Child? This year, Hope Church is offering a few great ways to get involved.
