9AM WORSHIP TOMORROW. Join us for worship and praise! Lead Pastor Dean Wertz brings a sermon titled Grace in the City from Acts 15. Thanks to the Platt Park Hope Group for hosting our morning tomorrow! As a reminder, the Sunday Service is available via livestream and the sermon is posted online on Monday.

Mark your calendars now: on Sunday, December 20, there will NOT be a Sunday morning service. Instead, we will gather in the Sanctuary at 6:00 pm for a special Christmas Program. Be sure to check below for more information on the production and ways to participate.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD. It’s that time of year to consider being a part of a very special opportunity for giving to children  in need! Prior to the Holiday Season, Hope takes part in this amazing effort to make a difference for many families at Christmas. Please consider taking a shoebox (or more) to fill with toys, goodies, and gifts. Shoe boxes are now available in the back of the Sanctuary!

IN CASE YOU MISSED HOPE’S FALL FESTIVAL… HERE’S A FUN REVIEW! Thank you to all who attended our beautiful, joy-filled Fall Festival. We had a great variety of chili cook-off participants, creative costumes, festive activities, and fellowship with one another and our neighbors. Check out the fun photos below!

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY.

Children’s Church. November in Children’s Ministry is gratitude month. Each week we will have a special lesson and activity built upon biblical foundations of gratitude, including a special Thanksgiving meal on Sunday Nov 22nd. Kids, start talking with your parents about a traditional family dish you might enjoy sharing at our Children’s Church Thanksgiving.
In addition to a focus on gratitude, starting November 1st, a portion of Children’s Church will be set aside to begin rehearsing for our All-Church Christmas Program.

Babies and Toddlers – At any point before or during the Sunday Service, the Baby Sky Box is available for caregivers and their babies and toddlers.

For any questions regarding Children’s Ministry policies and procedures or interest in volunteering, please contact Becky Newquist.

Join us in bringing to life an original Christmas Program this Christmas week! We are looking for team members to serve in adult and children acting roles (listed below), as backstage hands, set builders, tech crew, and musicians (choir and instruments).

Becky Newquist and Rich Roybal will be available in the Sanctuary after church this Sunday for anyone interested in participating. If you cannot make it this Sunday, please email Becky Newquist to get connected!
