WORSHIP SERVICE @ 9AM. We are excited to welcome Dr. Matt Jones, Associate Professor at Colorado Christian University, whose Christ-centered teaching and investment in students have deeply encouraged many of our young adults. This week, Dr. Jones brings a sermon titled Forgiveness from Matthew 6:14-15. As a reminder, the Sunday Service is available via livestream and the sermon is posted online on Monday. Thank you to the Platt Park Hope Group for helping host tomorrow’s Service! Want to get involved and learn more about Hope Groups? Click here!

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY.
Children’s Church. Kids in preschool through 5th grade – You are invited to Children’s Church this week as we delve into Jesus’ teaching on forgiveness, as recorded in Matthew 6:14-15. Come join us as we dive into God’s Word together and engage in fun activities that help us understand and live out the virtue of forgiveness!
Babies and Toddlers – At any point before or during the Sunday Service, the Baby Sky Box is available for caregivers and their babies and toddlers.
For any questions regarding Children’s Ministry policies and procedures or interest in volunteering, please contact Becky Newquist.
4th Annual Asbury School Supply Drive
Sunday, August 16 is the deadline to turn in backpack supplies.
It’s that time of year again, where Hope gets to support our local elementary school in easing the stress of the start to the school year for families in need! This year, each Hope Group will be sponsoring a backpack in addition to a church-wide collection. If you are in a Hope Group, be on the lookout for an email from your Hope Group leader for the supply list for your group’s backpack. If you are not a part of a Hope Group, you can still participate by signing up to donate supplies at the welcome booth starting this Sunday. For questions or to sign up remotely, contact Becky Newquist. Thank you for your support, Hope!
5-7 PM SUNDAY NIGHT YOUTH GROUP – NEW SCHEDULE!
August 23 kicks off Fall Youth Group at Hope! Questions? Email Conner.

A Note from Dean
Dear Hope Church Family,
Rebecca and I will be away with family in Canada until August 27. Thank you to the Hope elder team, staff and all of you for investing in us by encouraging this time away and for serving so faithfully while we are gone. If a pastoral need arises, please reach out to Hope Elders Rob Cupp or Dan Kaskubar or Administrative Assistant Aubrey Melton.
We look forward to returning refreshed and ready for the plans God has for Hope this Fall and beyond! May God continue to fill us all with His Holy Spirit, lead us beside still waters and strengthen us as we abide in Jesus together.
Love,
Dean
Pastor
