GRADUATES. This week, Hope would like to formally recognize and celebrate our graduates of 2022! Congratulations to Hannah Grover, Kelsey Hoot, Joseph Wise, and Ty Jennings for graduating from high school this spring, and congratulations to Josh Shanks for graduating from college! We will be praying that God continues to bless you with abundant life as you take your next steps.
9 AM SUNDAY | FAMILY WORSHIP & COMMUNION | MAY 22. When Bible translators come across ancient words, like “and” or “hand,” they are easy to translate. Other Greek words, like metanoia, are so filled with meaning that they are difficult to embody with a single English word. Join us on Sunday as we consider a reality that was alluded to in a message a few weeks back. What if this word (translated as “repentance”) means so much more than making a change and feeling bad about how we have been living? And what happens when we get this paramount word in Jesus’ gospel announcement wrong? We look forward to gathering in person or online as Pastor Dean brings us a message entitled Metanoia: What Happens When We Get this Word Wrong? from Matthew 4:17. See you Sunday!
