Dear Hope,
9 AM SUNDAY | MAY 29. Join us on Sunday as we continue to learn how the Greek work “metanoia” (translated in the English Bible as “repentance”) means so much more than making a change and feeling bad about how we have been living. This cardinal word in the gospel announcement from John the Baptist, Jesus and the apostles is forward looking and filled with hope! In this message we will learn what happens when the people of God come to grasp the true meaning of “metanoia.” We look forward to gathering in person or online as Pastor Dean brings us a message entitled Metanoia: What Happens When We Get this Word Right? from Acts 2:32-41. See you Sunday!
HOSTING. This week’s Sunday Gathering will be hosted by the Aurora Hope Group. Thank you!
YOUTH. This Sunday, May 29, we will be holding our Youth Hope Group after the Service from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., hosted by our volunteers James Wertz and Tara Huth! Come hang out, have a snack, play games, and enjoy a discussion of the sermon! We can’t wait to see you.
