THE JOY OF GIVING
The Holidays are around the corner, and during this time of year people often look for opportunities to help others. As we roll out Operation Christmas Child (OCC), let’s consider not only our own participation but a chance to invite friends and neighbors to work on their own shoe box collection! Sharing the joy of giving may open a conversation about Jesus or connect others with Hope Church! Let’s band together this year to show God’s love to children all over the world. We have an exciting goal of 350 shoe boxes! Here are the ways to be involved…
1. Pick up a shoe box for yourself, your family, or others (email Brenda Weiss or see her Sunday at church). Ready to fill the shoe box? Click here for ideas!
2. Fill a virtual shoe box. Full details are here.
3. Volunteer! On November 28 from 2-6 p.m., we need 12 volunteers to assist at the distribution center. Contact Brenda for more information.
