Bulletin | June 11, 2020

Dear Hope,
In light of George Floyd’s death followed by our nation’s conversation about race, now is the time for all of us who abide in Jesus to grow in our love for people of all ethnicities. Please join us this weekend for our Hope at Home video service as we worship God and seek His guidance for how we can pray and act in a way worthy of our Lord during this crucial moment and beyond.

Also, with recently clarified health guidelines from the State of Colorado for in-person gatherings, we are making plans for smaller gatherings to safely begin soon. Simultaneously, we are discussing and seeking God’s guidance for what Sunday’s could look like for our inter-generational church to provide both online and safe in-person gatherings in the following phase. Please pray for God to give us wisdom as He did when He brought His people back from exile (Nehemiah 1 & 7). We will share the plans as they become clear in the days and weeks ahead.
Love,
Dean

SHARING HOPE

Hope Community Church is dedicated to the service of Jesus through caring and loving others. We would like to share encouraging stories of happenings within the church and in the lives of our church family. Please consider contributing to Sharing Hope by emailing us news that we may include below. Thank you!

HOPE MISSIONS. We have recently been informed that some of the money Hope sent to True Impact Ministries (for the now-canceled Uganda summer mission trip) was used for a great purpose! Children and families in the Ugandan countryside were able to receive food deliveries while the country was on strict lock-down. Praise God!

MISSIONARIES. Please continue to pray for our ministry partners around the world who are facing unique challenges in this difficult time.

STAYING IN TOUCH. If you would like to reach out to some of Hope’s Seniors (those who may not have access to computers or who would enjoy some remote company), please consider making phone calls! For more information contact Pastor Jay.

SHARING HOPE CREATIVELY. As you know each weekend Hope at Home can now be viewed from all over the world. Consider sharing the service link address with friends and family who may be encouraged during this isolated time. If someone you know would like to be added to our email communication list, please fill out the form below. It’s even possible to share the service through a phone call. Two households are currently doing this so that others without wifi access are able to listen to the church service!
