Hope,

While we are physically apart due to COVID-19, we invite you to gather in your home at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday (or anytime!). In this Hope at Home video, Pastor Rob Cupp and I will encourage and guide you and anyone else in your household through a time of prayer, worship, ministry of God’s Word and an invitation to continue cultivating our 4 core habits: gather (creatively), grow, give and go. We look forward to once again gathering face-to-face in the days ahead!

Love,
Dean

Bible Reading from Psalm 46:

Head Questions
The Psalms are often difficult to understand the Who? What? Where? When? Why? questions from the context. So, Pastor Dean offers an explanation of the context in the video.

Heart Question
What is God revealing to you about Himself in Psalm 46?

Hands Questions
1. What might be something you can receive from the Lord in this passage that would benefit you personally?
2. What might be something you can receive from the Lord that you can pass on to others?

Suggestions to Cultivate our 4 Core Habits:

Gather
Call 2 or 3 people from Hope to connect and have fellowship.

Grow
Meditate and possibly memorize all or part of Psalm 46.

Give
1. Click here to connect with Hope’s online giving option.
2. Consider helping us “Power-Up” our Benevolence Fund to help others during this health crisis.

Go
Consider scheduling an appointment to give blood.

Announcements:

2. Since all in-person gatherings are temporarily cancelled, we will continue to communicate remotely and remain open to new ways to connect until we are able to gather in person again.
